Sale-A-Bration Spotlight – Softly Sophisticated
Wow, is all I can say about he Softly Sophisticated SAB bundle! It’s just so sophisticated and will be highlighted this week. You can see Mondays card HERE.
Today’s card has a super fun technique that adds a lot of wow impact to the card with no crafty skills! It’s important to make sure that use either our Thick Basic White Cardstock, Thick Very Vanilla Cardstock or Watercolor paper. I picked up ink from the lid of my ink pad with Water Painters and just did simple stokes in Wild Wheat Ink and Pool Party Ink. I let it set to the side a few minutes while I was cutting and piecing all the other pieces together. Here’s a quick tip – if you are really in a hurry you can always use your heat tool to dry just a bit quicker.

- 4-1/4″ x 11″ Thick Basic White Cardstock (scored in half for for card BASE)
- 2-3/4″ x 5″ Thick Basic White Cardstock
- 4-1/4″ X 5-1/2″ Pool Party Cardstock (embossed with Softly Stippled Embossing Folder)
- 2-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ Pebbled Path Cardstock
- Scrape of Basic White Cardstock (die cut label from Something Fancy Dies)
