Hope your Day is filled with Joy

Today’s card is a reminder to fill your day with joy and was made with a specific person in mind. She reminds me and all those she sees throughout her travels to find the joy.

Started with a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock which is 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and scored in half at 4 1/4″. I covered the front of the card base with a piece of 4 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper attached with either Liquid Glue or Stampin’ Seal. I cut a Blueberry Bushel cardstock mat at 3″ x 4 1/4″ and attached three strips of 4″ x 7/8″ DSP with liquid glue or seal. I wrapped a piece of the Lemon Lolly ribbon from the Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack around the Blueberry Bushel mat and adhered it to the card front with Dimensionals. On a scrap of Basic White cardstock I stamped the border from the Heartfelt Hexagons in Blueberry Bushel ink and the sentiment in Berry Burst ink. Punch out the sentiment with the Hexagon Punch and adhere with Dimensionals. Embellish the card front with the Tinsel Gems Four Pack.
