OnStage Swap – Over the Top Swap

Goodness, I was so glad that I created some extra swaps for the Over the Top Swap organized swap. I have had several friends who created organized swaps for several events and as it happens something always happens and are short swaps. I always **try** to create an extra set of cards just in case it’s needed. I am never disappointed when I get to join in on another group and get even more ideas!

I created gift card holders using the Sweet Treat Suite. It’s retiring with the current catalog – I’m so sad because I just love it! The layout is really easy to mass produce. I actually made two different sets of these gift card holders using two different suites of products.

I managed to save a few of these gift card holders to send off to my grand kids over the next few months. A little tip is that I felt like the sentiment faded away into the Designer Series Paper (DSP). So What I did was die cut out the shape using Heather Highland card stock. I used a piece of Calypso Coral ribbon and attached it to the center of the shape. Then I cut the Highland Heather shape in half using a pair of snipes and attached it to the sentiment. This helped to conceal the “seam” and made the boarder look like it was a perfect match.
