At first glace High Tide on page 25 of the Occasions Catalog ($26.00 – 143006 photopolymer) wasn’t something that really caught my eye. Actually, I didn’t even notice the set and had to ask my friends when this set was being demonstrated several times where the set was located in the catalog. May it is because I am a lazy stamper. Two step stamps are not for me. Now that I have seen several projects made with High Tide, I am quickly falling in love with this set.
Did you notice the gift bag photo? You probably thought I added the photo by mistake, didn’t you? Well, I did not. The medallion sentiment was made with part of a sentiment stamp within High Tide. Another reason, I am quickly falling in love with this set.
Over the next few weeks I will be sharing all the fabulous new products I was able to see and touch while I was at OnStage Local in Vancouver, BC. Today I’ll share with you the Window Shopping Bundle on page 43 of the Occasions Catalog ($54.75 for 144742 wood mount or $50.25 for 143265 clear mount). The Window Box Thinlits Dies feature an beautiful, ornate, cut-out design.
Sarah Douglass, Stampin’ Up! CEO did a stamping presentation featuring this bundle. Her projects were amazing. This bundle can be used in so many ways! It’s ornate and delicate yet fun and gigglely – all rolled into one fabulous bundle.
Look how beautiful this note card holder is! It’s perfect to hold some cute little love notes!
The Window Shopping bundle can also make beautiful home decor. Oh goodness, could you image this as a wedding centerpiece? Oh my, oh my.
What about some fun game fun? You don’t have to be a child to enjoy this use of the Window Shopping bundle!
So sorry for teasing you with this fabulous bundle. I know it’s going to be a –LONG– wait for you until January 2nd.
My team leader and mentor Jennifer was honored to be a display stamper for our OnStage Local in Vancouver, British Columbia. She created several projects using a few of my favorite things – cupcakes and carousel’s.
This entire suite is Ah-may-zing! Seriously ya’ll it is fabulous. I’d like to share with you some of Jennifer’s amazing work. I am so blessed to have her as a business mentor.
I literally have so much goodness to process! But I did want to take just a minute to share with you very quickly some of the new products that I received this weekend at OnStage Local. I have lot more – trust me LOTS more to share with you. This truly is just a sneak peak. Please bear with me as this are truly unedited pictures!
We are all used to Throw Back Thursday (TBT). For this blog TBT has a new meaning. We going to throw back to retired product. Here is how it is going to work. We ALL have hoards of scrap paper, ribbon, retired Designer Series Paper (DSP), embellishments, and washi tape (don’t even pretended you don’t….I know you do too!). My goal with TBT is to highlight current stamp sets and dies – but use up some of my old scraps that I have hoarded.
During class we will only use current papers, ribbons, washi tapes, DSP, embellishments, etc. The idea behind this is to show you that with a few current items you can incorporate things you already have.
So, in this weeks TBT card – I’ve highlighted in a sneak peak from the 2016 Occasions Catalog that starts on January 5, 2016 the Party with Cake stamp set and Party Pop-Up Thinlits. I am so excited about the Party with Cake Stamp Set and Party Pop-Up Thinlits Die (Don’t forget to Bundle and Save 15%!) Who would not love this fun, pop-up card?
(Sorry, twine, DSP, (on outside of card) and washi tape (outside and inside of card) are retired and no longer available.)
Introducing our new wood-mount stamp set packaging! These new cases are similar to our clear-mount boxes and fit perfectly on the shelf right next to them. They also have the images and stamp set name on the spine to make your search for the right set even easier.
After ordering all my Sale-a-bration stamps in wood by accident, I remembered how much I really love to hold that wood between my fingers. While some stamps are great in clear mount to see where you are going, with others it doesn’t really matter and from now on those will be in wood and sit pretty on my shelves along with the clear!
Oh, and the very best part – a template will be available for you to create a label for your wood mount sets in the old boxes. How great is that?
Your life is: Awesome. Quirky. Exciting. Perfectly messy. And happening really fast.
Get a sneak peek into the Stampin’ Up! 2013-2014 annual catalog with the This and That product line that lets you capture it all on-the-go.
WAYS TO USE THIS & THAT
Leaving the hairdresser? Tuck your next appointment card right in with some washi tape. Having a girls’ day at lunch and the movies? Stash the tickets right there and have each friend write her favorite part of the day. The possibilities are endless, and the goal is perfect imperfection.
This and That is great when you use all the products together, but each product is great on its own too! The Designer Series Paper is great for scrapbooking and crafters alike – and everyone will love the awesome rotary stamp. Plus, the other embellishments are so much fun.
