Today is the day – the start of Online Extravaganza! Today (Monday, November 20th) Every Good Wish happens to be on sale for 20% off! I love the water color look of this set. One of the fun techniques in this card is the embossing paste. Its just the perfect little touch.

A few weeks ago, we were in Walla Walla with my daughter. Part of her duties are to make an official visit to each chapter in the state. I was so happy to learn that my friend Bree was having a stamp class while we were in town! I was able to go to class and stamp. It was so refreshing to spend some time stamping while away for the weekend.
We used the new Stampin’ Blends to color in the images on the Beachy Christmas set. I love how fun this set is. Yes, it is in our Holiday catalog and displayed in the Christmas section – but honestly – I don’t think is set is strickly for Christmas! I have “Christmas” lights up year round on my porch and motor home (okay so I do change the color out whenever I want).
Just want to throw this out there too about our Stampin’ Blends. I was a skeptic too about the new markers. I remember the old ones and some of the manufacturing issues we had. Let me tell you, I love, love, love these new Blends. I can’t seem to find a single flaw – and trust me – I’m looking.
My tribe is off in Salt Lake City, and I am at home having a little bit of a pity party. So it’s been going on for a few weeks. I had to cancel at the last minute to do a family obligation. That’s the great thing about my Stampin’ Up! tribe – they always have my back. Even though I am not able to be there in person, I’ll get lots of photos – of everything they are able to share. Yes, we are bound to secrets sometimes while we are at corporate events – especially when it comes to new products! They want Demonstrators who are attending the event to feel special. Demonstrators who are not in attendance will get the same information a day or two later.
So I choose to still patriciate in a two full card swaps. I always love to get new ideas from fellow demonstrators. I love the Coffee Café set. This card has NO stamping! I know crazy right, making a card using Stampin’ Up! products with no stamping. I love it anyway!
Oh my goodness, Happy Celebrations is a must have in your private collection! This set is so versatile – boy or girl, birthday, congratulations, just because — You name it Happy Celebrations is for you!
I’m sharing three different swaps made with Happy Celebrations and Celebrations Duo Textured Embossing Folders. The possibilities are endless with the color combinations, choices of Designer Series Paper, Embellishments or celebration reason.
Whether you color in the sentiment, fussy cut, emboss or just plan stamp you are sure to have an amazing card.
During OnStage 2017 I was received one of the most gorgeous swaps ever and got to create in a shoebox swap one of the most gorgeous swaps ever! I know, I know you at thinking how can I saw two separate cards are the most gorgeous cards ever, but its true. High Tide makes the most beautiful cards ever. Every single detail makes a gigantic WOW factor.
On Friday night, several of us girls from the Fun n’ Crafty team participated in a Shoebox Swap. A Shoebox Swap is when a person creates a certain amount of kits for the participants. The kits include everything you need to create the cards. You do the stamping and put the card together. I love shoebox swaps!
My friend Kathy (and fellow Fun n’ Crafty team member) made this gorgeous card using High Tide. There were so many fine details while making this amazing card. I wish the photo did this card justice. You might not be able to see the Clear Wink of Stella as the beam of light traveling to the right of the “blub” or on the left side of the sun.
I’ve added a few suggested items to help you make the these amazing cards. Shimmery White Cardstock is a fabulous cardstock base to use for your background. Sponge Daubers, Stamping Sponges, and Sponge Brayers are used to create the different dimensions.
I was so excited to see that Jars of Love was being carried over into the 2017 – 2018 catalog. I really hope that as the holiday catalog is released we will again see some super cute holiday stamps that can be used with Jars of Love.
In the mean time, I’d like to share with you a card that I made as a swap using Jars of Love for OnStage 2017.
I also received two swaps using Jars of Love stamp set and Dies.
I hope that you are inspired with the swaps I have been sharing over the last few weeks. My goal is for you to see an idea and run with it. Whether you C.A.S.E. (Copy And Share Everything) the card exactly, use the same layout but completely different colors and stamps or a mix of the original card with a dash of your own creations.
Wow, wow, wow is all I can say about this suite. I wish I had photos of some of the displays made with this suite. It was ah-may-zing! The Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper, the Birthday Friends Framelits – oh my gosh wait until you hear about these!
The Birthday Friends Framelits were designed are you ready for this? Birthday Friends Framelits were designed to be used to cut the shapes out of the Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper and the stamped images in the Birthday Delivery photopolyer stamp set. Can you believe it?
I stamped the Hip Hip Hooray sentiment in the banner of the Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper and then used the banner famelit to cut it out. I did the same thing with that cute little fox! How utterly amazing is that?
This suite really needs to be the first thing on your wishlist for the June 1st!
Lots of swaps were made for OnStage with the Beautiful You stamp set. For that, I am grateful. I don’t own this stamp set yet 🙂 After seeing all the beautiful swaps made with it, I have to admit Beautiful You is on my wishlist. I am sharing these swaps with you in the hopes that you will C.A.S.E. (Copy And Share Everything) these ideas. That they will give you a starting point to unleash your creativity! The greatest honor a Demonstrator can receive is to see their work recreated.
Just wanted to do a quick check-in and share two cards made with Birthday Blooms. What I love about these two cards is that you really have to look twice to see that they are booth created with Birthday Blooms.
One of the best sets in the annual catalog and thankful carrying over to the 2017 – 2018 Annual Catalog is the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set. I don’t use the bumblebee nearly enough. After receiving several of the swaps using the bumblebee in the Dragonfly Dreams, I am going to have to start using that cute little guy.
