Sneak Peak: Myth & Magic Suite

Sneak Peak: Myth & Magic Suite

A few days ago, I shared another card using the Myth and Magic Suite.  I had cut out two bases and two layers in the same cut which is something I normally do to save time and mass produce cards.  This card is very simple

The story of the birth of our Lord and Savior really is this simple.  Merry Christmas from my family to you!

Sneak Peak: Myths & Magic Suite

When I got my hands on a sneak peak copy of the 2018 Occasions catalog – I fell in love – literally fell in love with the Myths & Magic Suite.  My grandkids and big kids are going to love this suite.  We have a trip to Disneyland in May and to Walt Disney World in November and this set just totally makes me think of Disney – I know it’s totally random but I think of the Sorcerer’s Stone and all of the Disney magic.

For the Sorcerer I used Shimmer White paper and our new Stampin’ Blends.  I love the look and the sparkle just adds to the myth of my little Sorcerer.

I did play with the Dazzling Diamonds on the poof of magic coming out of the mall ball.  I had thought that I had wanted a little more sparkle than Wink of Stella.  Later once my Granddaughter takes a nap, I just might make another and try it with the Wink of Stella to see which I like better.

Don’t forget that the 2018 Occasion Catalog and Sale-A-Bration starts on January 3rd!

I just love the effect of brushstroke styled imagery – its the perfect watercolor effect.  I spent some time creating a few cards using a new product suite called Petal Passion.  It has amazing bold brushstroke imagery  and amazing sentiments.  The cards I created used

This kit isn’t the traditional starter kit you think of.  Sure, you will find business supplies like catalogs, order forms, and training materials.  But the best part about a Stampin’ Up! Starter kit is that you get to customize it!

For $99 (plus your local sales tax) you just pick out $125 of any product YOU WANT.  That’s right you choose (just don’t go over that $125), oh – did I mention there is NO shipping either?  And, here’s the best part – if you want to purchase your starter kit during Sale-A-Bration from January 3rd to March 30th (without ANY obligation to ever purchase as a Demonstrator in the future!) you can pick out ANY TWO STAMP SETS FOR FREE!  Yes, you read that right – an additional two stamp sets of any value free!

If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask me!  We’re here to have fun, create, and inspire each other!

Stamping Blessings!

More Moon Babies

So, I posted the other day that I was in the baby making card mode.   No more babies for me – but – people around me – I can deal with that. I used the Stampin’ Blends alcohol based markers on the last set
